You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of the delivery date, for any reason within this timeframe.

Pay attention that the “cooling off” period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must unequivocally inform us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase with a statement, before the “cooling off” period has expired:

How to return

You have to send back the goods or hand them over to us at the address:

Vinciguerra Shop s.r.l.s - Viale Aldo Moro 73 - 92026 Favara (AG) within 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal notification. Please, remember that you have to pay the costs of returning the goods to Vinciguerra Shop.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Unwanted items must be returned in a fully resalable condition.

If you withdraw from your online purchase, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from your online purchase.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer proves he has sent back the goods, if preceding.

The right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article cannot be exercised by the Customer in the event that the Products purchased are made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, these are products that are not available in stock, but items that are specially manufactured by our suppliers on customer request.

The 14-day “cooling off” period does not apply to goods which are made to order or clearly personalised.
