We follow all shipments with care and aim to offer an excellent service to our customers. Free Shipping in the European Union for orders over 3.000 Euro. 

Standard shipping, unless otherwise specified, must always be considered as standard and our products are insured. The customer has 7 days to check for any damage to the product. The customer, by purchasing, accepts these conditions.

The products purchased will be delivered by Vinciguerra Shop Srls by courier or carrier, to the destination address indicated by the customer. For ouents we rely on the service of qualified express couriers or couriers specialized in the delivery of furniture and furnishings to ensure the quality of service and product integrity.

Upon delivery of the product vinciguerrashop.com recommends the customer to proceed with the verification of the status of the products, before signing the notice of receipt of the package. If you find any anomalies in the product, you must refuse the delivery of the products or accept them by putting in writing in the acknowledgment of receipt your reservations, detailed and dated. For shipments outside the European Union cost is available during checkout process. The final cost we provide includes standard to your address, ground floor. With regard to custom duties and fees and local taxes (VAT), when owed, our courier's customs broker will contact you by phone or email as soon as the goods arrive to inform you about the amount an payment methods, providing step by step assistance. For orders outside the European Union, sales are without VAT, after entering the delivery address.
